After 3 tryouts this month, Venom Baseball will begin the 2012 spring season with 6 baseball teams!
We do have a few more roster spots available for ages 8-12, so if you are interested in tryouts, register your information below and we will contact you regarding when then next private tryout will be held. We will hold private tryouts once every week until we complete the rosters.
Our coaches will have at the minimum college baseball experience so you can be rest assured that your youth will be getting quality coaching. This is a very competitive program which includeds 2 offensive practices per week inside the indoor training facility, 1 defensive practice per week, 2 pitching and catching workouts per week, and most importantly, 2 isometric training workouts per week. Venom has created a patented isometric training system that focuses on the youth's fast twitch skeletal muscles thus helping to increase bat speed and arm rotator cuff strength. As far as games, we will have local double headers whenever they can be scheduled as well as 2 tournaments every month. We will "initially" not travel outside of the Central Florida area due to this being a new program and us trying to keep parent's traveling costs minimal. We are currently offering memberships for $100 per month per child over 8 and $75 per month for 8 and under which will include 2 offensive practices, 1 defensive practice, 2 pitching workouts, and 2 isometric workouts all on a weekly basis and games every other weekend. Other than the uniforms, there are no other tourney or umpire fees. If you are a parent with two kids on the Venom, the monthly membership will be discounted to $150 per month for both. We are sensitive to every parents situation and can be flexible financially using other means like fundraising for example. |

The Indoor Batting Cages will be available for $25 per hour. 1 hour baseball lessons are also available to anyone at $25 per hour or 3 lessons for $60. We will be offering agility, speed, endurance, arm and hip strength isometric workouts focused on the fast twitch skeletal muscles which we believe from past experience will produce bat speed and arm velocity the quickest. |
